I have practiced with dozens of teachers in South East London but there is something special about Katie. She manages to make her classes feel accessible and playful without undermining the contemplative nature of the practice. She has great energy and plays great music. And - perhaps best of all - her class feels like a little community. It's the only yoga class that I go to where I have got to know people's names - which I love.
